All conference rooms are equipped with day light and windows to open. Our conference rooms can be combined individually thanks to mobile dividing walls - exactly according to your requirements. We will allocate the conference room according to your number of guests. Please not that we reserve the right to change rooms due to organisation reasons.

In case the conference room is free the day before your event, the installation can be realised according to prior agreement. Therefore, we will charge an adequate rent. The cost of this rent conform to the relevant conference room. If requested, kindly let us now in written form. Without reservation, the installation might me possible according to prior agreement and availability until one week before the event free of charge.

We kindly ask you to remove your own equipment by yourself. In case the conference room is not booked the day after your event, the items can be picked up the following day according to prior agreement. We do assume del credere liability for any personal belongings. In case our team assists during the process of reduction, we kindly point out that we do also not adduce del credere liability. Our general terms and conditions apply.

Kindly let us, the Favorite Parkhotel, know in advance in case you would like to do a delivery before the event. In case an adequate room is available, we are pleased to store any items for you. Please make sure that the relevant packages are labelled with the company name as well as the date of your event.

In each of our conference rooms, the following information regarding air conditioning is accurate: most of the parts of our hotel are equipped with ventilation and air conditioning. In the conference rooms, fresh, clean and filtered air is entered by an efficient, special technical air conditioning system. In all rooms, the air will be changed up to 10 times per hour.

Thanks to the news technologies, we offer the best quality of air in our conference rooms. Each conference room can be additionally equipped with air filter machines which filter 99,8 % of viruses, bacteria, dust and smells - state-approved. The machines clean the air by an pre filter followed by an HEPA filter, plasma, activated carbon filters, TIO filter and UVC lambs without using any chemicals.

You will find all included services in our conference packages noted in our contract. In addition, you will find a detailed list in our attached function sheet. Changes can be made according to further agreements. Additional services to any requests which are not noted in the conference package will be charged supplementary.

The conference room is equipped with a public address system including 1 microphone. In case you would like to use it, we will charge € 150,00 / day. WIFI is available in the whole hotel free of charge. For any additional technical equipment which is not included in our conference package we are pleased to request a proposal by our technique partners.

Ca. 60 public parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. All of them are free of charge and according to availability. Our indoor parking offers 60 parking spots. Here, we charge € 2,00 / hour and € 16,00 € / day.
